Conflict Management Training - limited spots possible; upcoming deadline to apply

Forwarded notice from Kristen Covino < kcovino at MIT.EDU>.  For MIT postdocs who are interested in receiving conflict management training, and who are able to commit to this schedule, a  few spots may be available. Note that graduate students are being trained to serve as "REFS" for other MIT graduate students. However, the skills training is also valuable for postdocs. See details and the registration link below. (Not all the required questions will be applicable to postdocs.)

Good morning all!

Training for New REFS has been scheduled for this fall. The skill-training will occur over 3 Saturdays, October 27, Nov. 10, and Nov. 17. Additionally, introductions to campus resources will happen over several "brown-bag" sessions through late November and early December, during lunch or dinner hours.

To register for the 3-day skills training, please go to https://goo.gl/forms/1b80gO7cIRI6LZg23 and complete the google form. The training will be capped at 20 attendees, and registration confirmations will be sent Monday October 22.
