Join us in the New Year for our 6th Mentoring Program! Mentors can provide you with valuable information, guidance and tips for your career advancement. We have gathered an outstanding group of seasoned mentors who are excited to help you.

There are a wide range of areas where mentors can help:
·         Providing tips on how to be promoted or negotiating salary in your job
·         Navigating workplace conflicts/politics
·         Consulting on issues relevant to women, for example: How can women get recognized for their strengths when they are less likely to speak up?
·         Providing personal stories about how to overcome challenges
·         Giving advice about how to dress professionally
·         And more!

November 3, 2018: Mentoring Program application open
Please fill out the application completely to be considered for the program. We will choose limited number of applications from the lot and match them to the mentors.

Thank you for applying for the 2019 Mentoring Program. Please provide the following information so we can match you to a mentor. Please reply and submit your answers by November 20, 2018. If your application is accepted, we will provide a link to officially register ($35 for student/post docs and $50 for professionals).

November 20, 2018: The deadline for the applications
We will start the mentor and mentees matching process based on the applications. We will notify you of your assigned mentors if selected in the last week of December.

November 30, 2018: Deadline for payment
If you receive an email that you have been selected for the program, please register and make payments on Eventbrite (link will be sent with an acceptance email) by this date. If the registration/payment is not completed by November 30, your place will be given to the next candidate in line.

December 11, 2018: Mentors and Mentees Meet & Greet
We will have a mentor/mentee meet & greet event at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC).

January – May 2019: Mentoring Program
Mentors and mentees meet in-person or over video conferencing at least once a month. There will also be opportunities to network with mentees in other groups. Visit our FAQs<https://womenaccelerators.org/faq/>and Code of Conduct<https://womenaccelerators.org/code-of-conduct> for more information.

One time Registration fees on Acceptance:
The cost for Students/Post docs are $35 and Professionals are $50.

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for women in the Greater Boston area. Mentees with our program have made leaps in their careers and personally, such as reaching their dream jobs, getting a raise, finishing dissertations, and gaining confidence overall.
