Dear MIT Postdoctoral Fellows and Associates,

We are looking for a postdoc to serve a one-year term (fall 2018 through spring 2019) on MIT's Climate Action Advisory Committee<http://climateaction.mit.edu/about>, which is chaired by Vice President Maria Zuber. The committee, which meets once each month during the academic year, provides advice on the implementation of MIT's Plan for Action on Climate Change.

Postdocs who are interested in being considered for membership on the committee are encouraged to submit personal statements of interest. These statements should be short - a few sentences is fine - and need only to explain why you're interested in serving on the committee. Please do not submit CVs, cover letters, or writing samples.

You can email your statement to me at tkiley at mit.edu<mailto:tkiley at mit.edu>, along with your name and lab, center, or program. Please send them by Friday, June 15, 2018. Please also email me if you have any questions.
