This is a two-day event spanning both of BU’s campuses in which we offer skill development and networking tailored specifically in response to postdoc-identified needs. This year will feature a career panel, teaching & mentoring workshops (focused on integrating active learning into the classroom and creating inclusive environments), networking etiquette, and honing the elevator pitch. Thursday will conclude with a Poster Session & Reception (5:30-7:30p) and Friday will conclude with “From Geek to Plain Speak: Postdoc Edition”, an event in which postdocs compete to communicate their research to a broader audience.
