Dear Postdocs,
Are you preparing for a tenure track career? The BPDA Career Development Committee is organizing a series workshops to prepare for applying to an academic job.
The first workshop will be entitled "Towards an Academic Position: Crafting the Research Statement" and it will take place on Aug, 29th, from 6 to 8pm in the Monadnock room of the Broad Institute. [415 Main Street, Cambridge, in Kendall Square]
This workshop will host a panel of successfully hired young PIs. They will share their experience in the process of writing their research statement and finding an institution that complements their own research portfolio.
