Volunteers needed for Music and Munchies Thursday April 26

Dear MIT Postdocs!

We are holding a Music and Munchies this Thursday, April 26, from 7:00-8:30 PM, and we need a couple of people to help with set-up, clean-up, and with TIPS bar-tending. Our monthly event has been very successful in bringing postdocs together and can be even more fantastic with your help! Please email me directly (ltso at mit.edu) if you can help out! Volunteers will be treated to coffee and snacks at a later event!



**Volunteers are appreciated in the following areas**


 Thursday April 26, Building 46-6287 (Picower Institute Reading Terrace)

1. 4:30-5:30 PM--Bring in food and beverages, set-up beverages, utensils, plates, set-up decorations

2. 5:30-6:30 PM--Prepare drinks stations and food stations

3. 6:45-8:30 PM--Help direct people at sign-in, manage drinks and food stations,
                    -- (for TIPS certified folks) Help check IDS and serve drinks

4. 8:30-9:15 PM--Clean up facilities and help bring left-over food and beverages
