The MIT Postdoctoral Association is pleased to host representatives from 
the MIT Technology Licensing Office (TLO) and Office of Sponsored 
Programs (OSP) to discuss issues involving MIT postdocs. The TLO will 
discuss procedures for protecting your intellectual property throughout 
your research time at MIT. The MIT COI Officer will address important 
questions regarding consulting privileges for postdocs, startups and 
adviser-trainee conflicts arising from financial and other outside 
professional activities which may impact lab dynamics. Lunch will be 
served.
