Dear MIT Postdocs,

The Faculty Postdoc Advisory Committee (FPAC) is currently working on
putting together a short guide for interactions between Postdocs and their
Advisors. The guide will take the form of a brochure that gets handed to
both Postdocs and Advisors for them to go over together during their first
meeting in addition to discussing career goals and research plans. The goal
of this guide is to help improve the postdoc/advisor relationship by
setting proper expectations from the start, establishing guidelines for
professional interactions, and improving communication.

Select officers from the MIT PDA sit in the FPAC Committee, but we would
like to request feedback regarding the content of this guide from the
broader postdoc community. Please fill out the very brief form below. It
should take you less than 1 min. Please submit your feedback by Thursday
5/11/17.

If you have any questions or would like to get more involved in the
drafting of this guide, please email me at pda-president at mit.edu.

Best,

Augusto Tentori
MIT PDA President
