We are now recruiting scientists to volunteer for the Science Train with the Cambridge Science Festival…
Science Train is being held on Saturday April 15, 2017. We are looking for individuals with a background in science (in any field) to ride the T in small groups for three hour shifts and encourage other riders to "ask me a question about science" as both a means of community engagement and as a promotion for the CSF.

Science Train is a concept that has successfully been run in other cities and we're hoping to bring it to Boston. You can read about the experience in New York City here: http://science.time.com/2013/10/28/ride-the-science-train-aka-the-new-york-subway/

This opportunity is open to grad students, post-docs, and independent scientists. Volunteers will have promotional materials to hand out, and will be responsible for their own T fare.

We're asking all interested volunteers to sign up through the Google form here:

Please address any questions to Brian Abraham and Erin Podolak at sciencetrainboston at gmail.com<mailto:sciencetrainboston at gmail.com>

Thank you,
