Volunteers needed for MIT-PDA BBQ event (Fri 8/4)

Dear postdocs,

It's summer time and one of our biggest events is coming up - PDA BBQ. We
usually attract around 300-350 people for this event every year.

For this event to be successful, we need a few volunteers, especially for
serving alcohol. This requires completing the TIPS training<
http://www.gettips.com/online/index.shtml>, which is an online cerification
program. The program takes about three hours, but you do not have to
complete it in one sitting and PDA will reimburse you for the program. It
is important that we get as much help as we can otherwise we will not be
able to hold the event.

Apart from the online TIPS training, we will only be needing 2 hours of
your time at most, on the day of the BBQ (August 4th).
