Spark Symposium is a webcast event on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 that will focus on the journeys of talented women forging their paths and brands at McKinsey and beyond. Spark Event Series is an exciting in-person learning and networking event on Friday, February 16, 2018 designed to ignite the personal journeys of advanced professional degree women. SPARK SYMPOSIUM
Spark Symposium is a dynamic webcast event designed to ignite your personal development. The Symposium will take place the evening of January 31, 2018 and will highlight:

+ Journeys of talented women forging their paths and brands at McKinsey and beyond
+ Actionable tips for creating a personal brand and continuing in your leadership development
+ Next steps to take while navigating your transition from academia

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The program is open to advanced professional degree women (PhDs, JDs, medical students, interns, residents, and fellows) across the United States who will complete their programs in 2019 and 2020.

HOW TO SIGN UP:
Please submit your interest online here <https://mckinsey.secure.force.com/Event/careers/Spark_Symposium_2018_9398> as soon as possible, but no later than January 28, 2018. We will send details for joining the webcast on a rolling basis, but no later than January 29.

APPLICATION DEADLINE:
January 28, 2018


SPARK EVENT SERIES
The Spark Event Series will take place in Boston, Chicago, and San Francisco on the morning of Friday, February 16, 2018.

This exciting opportunity will include:

+ A dynamic panel of McKinsey women who will share their personal journeys and answer your questions
+ An interactive personal branding exercise with actionable next steps to take with you
+ A connectivity lunch with your fellow participants and McKinsey women
+ Ongoing opportunities to engage with McKinsey and fellow participants through Spark Social in spring 2018

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The program is open to advanced professional degree women (PhDs, JDs, medical students, interns, residents, and fellows) at Harvard, MIT, Northwestern, University of Chicago, Stanford, UCSF and UC Berkeley, who will complete their programs of study in 2019 and 2020. There is no fee to participate.

HOW TO APPLY:
Please submit your interest online here<https://mckinsey.secure.force.com/Event/careers/Spark_Event_Series_2018_9416> as soon as possible, but no later than February 4, 2018. Our goal is to include as many eligible women as possible in this exciting series of events.

We will notify all interested participants by February 9, and will begin a wait list for attendance once we have reached capacity.
