Join us for this interactive training on how to Say Yes and No with Confidence and Ease. We believe that the foundation of confident communication is knowing and speaking from your values. In this training, participants will:

*         Identify some areas at work where communications could be clearer

*         Release blocking emotions (like fear, anger, and guilt) that might get in the way of effective communication

*         Learn and practice an easy and powerful communication strategy

*         Create a mini-action plan to put your learning to work immediately
Communicating effectively while preserving your professional relationships is possible!

Amy Rebecca Gay, PhD, is a mediator, coach and consultant specializing in conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication. She works with individuals, teams, and organizations to productively discuss difficult issues, work effectively across silos and business units, and engage with strategic business partners. She has taught conflict resolution, mediation, and negotiation at LeMoyne College, Syracuse University, UMass Boston, and Babson College School of Management. Deb Elbaum, MD, CPCC, CNTC is a coach, author, and speaker with a neuroscience background who helps men and women create personal and professional change with confidence. She has spoken at organizations including the Bryant University Women's Summit, Astra Zeneca, and the Bioscience Network. Rachel Rice, MBA, EEM-CP, is an executive coach, and energy medicine and energy psychology practitioner. A former chief marketing officer, Rachel now helps organizations and individuals get unstuck and achieve their highest potential by tapping into and balancing their own human energies. She has spoken at the Western Benefits Conference, New York Life Retirement Plan Services Client and Advisor Conferences, The American Cancer Society, Thermo Fisher Scientific and numerous local venues.
