*Dear fellow postdocs,We are excited to announce a new postdoc initiative
CASE <http://case-ping.mozello.com/>, which stands for Cultural Awareness
and Speech Enhancement. CASE aims to help postdocs improve their confidence
and communication skills by creating a low-pressure venue for giving
presentations and receiving constructive feedback. An important part of the
experience is mentorship from both peers and faculty members. Professor
Sallie (Penny) Chisholm and Professor Feng Zhang have agreed to be CASE
faculty mentors this coming semester. If you are interested in
participating, please fill out the application at

application is open to MIT postdocs from all backgrounds (domestic and
international). Spots are limited, please apply by September 7 (Thur).  We
