Hi Postdocs,

Are you wondering about the future of academic research? Do you think we need to have increased and stabilized science funding? Do you think we should have improved quality of life for postdocs and graduate students? How about changes to peer review and publishing?

If so, come to the "Advocating for Science" symposium next Friday, September 16th, 4-9pm on MIT campus.

Our Keynote speaker on Friday will be Rush Holt, CEO of the American Association for the Advancement of Science and executive publisher of Science Magazine. We will also have panelists to dive into what we hope the future of research will look like and what we can do to advocate for it.
