We invite you to this year's Leadership Conference: "Lady Bosses: Women 
in Leadership & Entrepreneurship" taking place October 24 - 28, with

POWER is specifically hosting two exciting speakers this year for panel 
on Succeeding in Male-Dominated Fields.

    Paulina Hill is a Principal at Polaris with a focus on investments
    in healthcare. She founded the MIT Postdoctoral Association (PDA)
    during her time as a postdoc in the Langer Lab.
  *
    Jenny Oliver is a scientific diver for the Department of
    Conservation. She’s been featured in “Sharks of the Shadowland”
    during Shark Week on the Discovery Channel. She is currently serving
    as a Fisheries Analyst for the Ministry for Primary Industries New
    Zealand
