Dear Graduate Students and Postdocs,

MIT Postdoctoral Association is delighted to announce a seminar presentation from the famous Dr. Isaiah Hankel; Cheeky Scientist™ (www.cheekyscientist.com<http://www.cheekyscientist.com>.)

About Isaiah Hankel, Ph.D.: Fortune 500 consultant, international speaker and bestselling author, Isaiah combines a scientific approach with a tangible methodology to create a system anyone in academia can use to adapt to today’s changing academic landscape. Isaiah has worked with hundreds of PhDs and will share the specific techniques that PhDs are using to successfully transition to industry.

Time and date: 4-5pm, Monday, February 8th 2016

Venue: Singleton auditorium, Building 46‐3002 (http://whereis.mit.edu/?go=46)

If you are considering a career in the industry, this will be a great opportunity for you to listen from and interact with a professional industry transition trainer. If you are not considering a career in the industry, this will be an opportunity for you to explore all the avenues that are out there outside academia so that you wouldn’t regret later that I didn’t know about this new development in the field.

No registration is required for the event and refreshment may be provided.
Events starts at 4pm sharp; get there early to ensure your seat.
