This interactive session will expose participants to key tools, 
approaches and concepts from the fields of negotiation and influence. 
  These approaches will help individuals deal more confidently with 
important negotiations, key influencing opportunities, and difficult 
relationships at home and at work.  The presentation draws from the work 
of leading scholars and researchers, including the Program on 
Negotiation at Harvard Law School, the MIT Urban Studies Program, and 
other thought leaders from the field.

*Robert Wilkinson* is a negotiation and management consultant who helps 
organizations deal with complex negotiation, leadership, and management 
challenges.  Rob is a Lecturer at the Fletcher School of Law and 
Diplomacy at Tufts University, an Adjunct Lecturer at the Kennedy School 
of Government at Harvard University, and an Affiliated Faculty member of 
the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.  He also served as a 
Special Advisor on Negotiation at the Massachusetts Institute for 
Technology (MIT). He has over 20 years of experience in more than 35 
countries, with the private, public and non-profit sectors.
