Hello postdocs,

1. To help us organize the sports events you are the most interested during 2015/2016 year, please fill in the short form.

2. Our volleyball games will continue indoors, MIT Rec Center. I will update you on available times and location every Tuesday. 

3. To get in MIT Rec Center you will need membership. The membership is ~$40 per month, depending if you will sign up for 6 or 12 months. Here are some details:
Athletics/Exercise: MIT Medical offers Exercise and Fitness programs <https://medical.mit.edu/community>, including Community Wellness classes in yoga, Pilates, and more. Other options are the MIT Recreation  <http://www.mitrecsports.com/>facilities, which include the Zesiger Sports and Fitness Center, the Wang Fitness Center and Alumni Pool, playing fields, and more. The membership fee for MIT Postdoctoral Associates and Postdoctoral Fellows is the MIT Faculty/Staff/Postdoc rate. Note: MIT Postdoctoral Fellows who have an "Affiliate" ID card require a certification letter <http://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGJNMFZFYXFGUVFpZUU4LWtHODYyeGc6MQ> with their MIT ID to qualify for that rate. This is not necessary for any postdoc with an “Employee” ID card. Fitness Benefit: Depending on your health insurance plan, members of MIT Recreational Sports and certain other health clubs may be eligible for a $150 annual reimbursement. MIT-specific information is available through MIT Medical <https://medical.mit.edu/learn-about-health-plans-employee/wellness-benefits>, with additional guidance for MIT Recreational Sports members under Health Insurance Reimbursement information <http://www.mitrecsports.com/index.php/member-services/policies/8-member-services/86>. Unfortunately, members of the MIT Affiliate Extended Insurance Plans are not eligible.
