*Networking event - spouses share their experiences*

Meet MIT spouses who will share their experiences through an informal 
conversation moderated by Jennifer. You will learn about their job 
search process and about their understanding and experience of the 
American workplace. After the discussion, you will be able to practice 
networking and make some new friends! We hope this event will help you 
feel a sense of community and enhance your networking skills, as well as 
give you an opportunity to learn from each other, and have a fun time 
together. We will provide snacks and refreshments.

Learn why you want to network in your job search and how do it, step by 
step. We'll talk about who is in your network, how to ease your way into 
networking, what to do once you have someone's business card, and the 
art of informational interviewing, a key networking strategy. Led by 
Jennifer Recklet Tassi and Christelle Perrin, we'll share our 
experiences, secrets and tips for getting comfortable connecting with 
and sharing your message with new people. Speakers: Jennifer Recklet
