We are excited to inform you about the founding of the MIT Biotech Group
(MBG), a new organization dedicated to serving as a trainee hub for
outward-facing life sciences activities at MIT. The goal of MBG is to
provide MIT trainees with useful exposure to careers and activities in the
life sciences outside of the traditional academic track. Learn more at

 *Explore- *Exposure to the wide variety of career options available to a
student with an interest in the biotechnology industry

*Connect- *Network with professionals and executives from biotechnology
companies, and various sub-sectors of the biotechnology industry here in
Boston’s booming biotechnology cluster!

*Learn-* Seminars and mini-courses on topics identified by biotechnology
industry leaders as common knowledge gaps for undergraduates, PhD students
and Postdocs transitioning from academia.

*Access Opportunities-* Biotech focused careers fairs, small company
recruiting events, and access to internship and jobs posting solicited to
MBG



MBG will host numerous events organized across multiple Initiatives, listed
below:
