In this seminar, we will discuss:

   - Coping with conflicts at your workplace, whether you are a student,
   postdoctoral fellow, academic researcher, or an industry professional
   - Simple and practical strategies to resolve conflicts and work
   successfully with difficult supervisors, coworkers, and collaborators
   - How to increase your confidence when you need to communicate with
   different types of difficult people
