  Postdoctoral and Early Career Opportunities [for U.S. citizens]

There is still time to apply for an exciting Fulbright U.S. Scholar 
Program opportunity in *Europe and Eurasia* and the *Middle East and 
North Africa* for/postdoctoral/ and/early career scholars! /Our 
organization, the Council for International Exchange of Scholars, 
administers the Fulbright Scholar Program on behalf of the United States 
Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. The 
Fulbright Scholar competition for academic year 2016-2017 is currently 
accepting applications and opportunities are available in a number of
