Dear MIT Postdocs,

If you are looking for housing, there are sometimes options for postdocs
on campus. Openings may occur throughout the year, in any month, but *a
new wait list for Fall 2015 will open on Wednesday, July 1 at 9 AM.*

In addition, short-term/temporary on-campus housing may be available in
the summer months and in the January IAP term.

*Note that you will need an MIT web certificate*.

*The information below is adapted from information received from the
Graduate Housing Assignments Coordinator. Please address any questions
to graduatehousing at mit.edu <mailto:graduatehousing at mit.edu>*

*If you are interested in housing for Fall 2015, you can apply to the
Graduate Housing Waiting List starting on Wednesday, July 1 at 9 AM. See
**http://housing.mit.edu/graduatefamily/waiting_list_information*

The office will start making offers to graduate students in mid-August
and to affiliates, including postdocs, in mid-late September.Inquiries
as to your place on the waiting list will be answered after August 18.
Generally there are more openings for the spring term than there are in
the fall. Typically, openings are for single postdocs or couples, and
not for families.

Please contact your department to arrange for this. If you cannot get an
MIT web certificate until you arrive, you can arrange for temporary
