I work in the Office of Corporate Relations and am an officer in the
Industrial Liaison Program. My principal role is to connect member
companies with faculty and researchers at MIT where there is potential for
common interests. I have responsibilities for life sciences in Japan and
have a number of Japanese companies occasionally visit MIT campus. If you
would be interested in meeting with them or participating in events where
they are present, please let me know and send me one or two sentences
regarding your research interests. Particularly if you plan to pursue a
career in Japan, industrial or academic, I would think that this would be
very relevant to you.
