*The MA Chapter of AWIS has been recognized for the AWIS Star Award
    in 2013 and 2014.*
This prestigious award honors chapters that have achieved a number
of goals in AWIS’s Strategic Plan. These goals include advocating
for a positive system transformation, helping all women in STEM
achieve success, and maximizing our impact by optimizing
organization capacity. Our board members, volunteers and members
helped our chapter accomplish these goals and win the Star Award the
past two years. We hope to continue to succeed as a chapter and
provide events and opportunities for women in STEM.
