Postdoc Mock Interviewing Workshop 
Tuesday July 28th 2015, 1:00-2:30pm, Location: 32-124

In this small group workshop, postdocs will have a unique chance to practice and sharpen their interview skills. We will briefly review interviewing wisdom, discuss the art of giving and receiving feedback, then all participants will have a chance to answer questions and get feedback on their responses.  We will break into small groups and each person will have a chance to ask questions as the ‘interviewer’ and also observe/critique the interview within their group.  The intended outcome from this exercise is to understand the entire interviewing process including the hiring committees perspective.  Registration for this workshop will be limited to 30.  Drop-ins may be able to attend.
