CAMBRIDGE, MA – December 3, 2015 – The MIT Museum will host the MoSAIC 
Math-Art Festival celebrating the connections between mathematics and 
the arts on Friday, December 11^th from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. and 
Saturday, December 12^th , from 10:00 a.m.  – 5:00 p.m.  Admission to 
the MIT Museum and to this special festival will be free on both days, 
and open to the public.

MoSAIC - Mathematics of Science, Art, Industry & Culture is a festival

“The MIT Museum is thrilled to collaborate with the Bridges Organization 
and MSRI to host the MoSAIC Festival,” said Brindha Muniappan, MIT 
Museum Programs Director.  “The festival will provide interesting math 
connections for our community and will help people understand the many 
ways in which mathematics is part of our everyday lives,” said Muniappan.
