Have you ever considered being an entrepreneur or venture capitalist? If you have or you are just curious about what it’s like, please come join us for a seminar given by Jordi Mata-Fink from Flagship Ventures. Jordi is an MIT alum who received his PhD in chemical engineering in 2012 and has worked at Flagship Ventures for more than two years. He has been involved in launching multiple successful companies, including Editas Medicine. He will talk about what a professional career in new venture creation entails, and how Flagship Ventures merges their expertise in venture creation with venture capital to create breakthrough start-up companies.
