2014 Nobel-Pauling Biotech Pharma Symposium (March 17, 2014)
Theme:
1. microRNA: opportunity and challenges
2. mitochondrial toxicity and potential target for therapeutics
3. Panel discussion: academia vs. Biotech pharma industry for science
discovery
Goal: to give students, post-docs and scientists the opportunity to
speak and learn from experts from academia, biotech & pharma at no charge.

The Nobel-Pauling Biotech Symposium is to honor the life and work of Dr.
Linus Pauling who has won two Nobel Prizes; in 1954 for Chemistry, and
in 1962, for Peace. Our goal is to promote life science research by
building bridges between academia, Government and industry and among the
US, Europe and Asia. We hope to strive to bring innovators, inventors,
investors, leading scientists and executives together to mix
cutting-edge science with business and to stimulate thought for new
innovation and global collaboration.
