    What legal steps do you need to take as you spin your technology out
    of MIT?  How do you divide the equity between founders?  When should
    you incorporate and in what form?  What contracts do you need to
    have in place?  How do you ensure the right legal protection as you
    proceed? What minefields should you avoid?

    Come and discuss these topics with a *panel of legal experts and MIT
    entrepreneurs who have spun-out their Deshpande Center projects
