Numerous young PhDs enter academia every year. However, many face the
problem of uncertainty over what to focus on beyond publications. What
else is needed for success on the tenure track?
The speakers at this event are experienced researchers who have gone
through the tenure process, and will tell you how the system works, what
is expected of you, and how to balance your life between 'soft skills'
and research.
Sponsored by the GSC Academic, Research and Careers Committee.
