organization that welcomes your involvement.
*National Postdoctoral Association <http://www.nationalpostdoc.org/>**-
*MIT is a Sustaining Member and as such, any postdoc affiliated with MIT
may join the NPA for free as an affiliate member. Affiliate members are
entitled to free subscriptions and access to members-only web content.
You must have a MIT email to join. *

*Career Services for current MIT postdocs**-* Schedule an appointment
with the MIT Career Counselor for Postdoctoral Scholars. The Office of
the Vice President for Research and MIT Global Education and Career
Development are working collaboratively to provide career services for
current postdoctoral scholars. Please see the GECD site for more

*The Writing & Communication Center <http://writing.mit.edu/wcc>*
provides free professional advice about all types of writing and
speaking/oral presentations to the MIT community. This includes
one-on-one consulting sessions with professional writers. Specialized
help is available to non native English speakers.
*Athletics: *MIT facilities include the Zesiger Sports and Fitness
Center, the Wang Fitness Center and Alumni Pool, many playing fields,
and much more. See MIT Recreation Member Services

about facilities, services, and enrollment details. The membership fee
for MIT Postdoctoral Associates and Postdoctoral Fellows is the MIT
Faculty/Staff rate. Note that MIT Postdoctoral Fellows require a
