What High School Science Should Have Been
April 17, 6-8pm at the MIT Museum
What was high school science class like for you? Was it anything like what you do today? Whether your pre-college science studies rocked your world or sent you screaming, we want to hear about them.
We're looking for 10-minute talks that take us back to your most memorable moments from high school science class and explain what those experiences (good, bad, or ugly) had to do with what you study today. Tell us what your high school did right, what they did wrong, and why the world would be a better place if you were in charge. Stories can be humorous, inspiring, or just plain cringe-worthy. We'll provide the bartender and the audience; you provide the flashbacks.
