The Harvard FAS Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is hosting a Networking 
Night for 'Careers away from the Bench'.  There is still plenty of room 
and we would like to invite your postdocs and graduate students to 
attend. Please send out the information below. Participants can use the 
registration link.

Networking Nights: Careers away from the Bench

DATE:  Wednesday, November 7, 2012

TIME: 7:00-9:00pm

LOCATION: CGIS South, Room S030, 1730 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, MA

SUMMARY:

Please join us for one in a series of "Networking Nights" events for 
postdoctoral fellows. This event will focus on a variety of scientific 
careers away from the bench. Industries and job functions represented at 
this event include consulting, regulatory affairs, sales, and business 
development. Business professionals with life science backgrounds from 
Boston-area companies will be in attendance to discuss their transitions 
into different kinds of positions. The Networking Nights events present 
an opportunity for postdocs to learn first-hand about the career paths 
and current fields of employer representatives in a casual, intimate, 
andsocial environment.

Food and drink will be provided. Limited Seating.
