Dear MIT Postdoc friends,

On behalf of the organizing committee of the Nobel-Pauling
Biotech Pharma Symposium, we would like to invite to
the Nobel-Pauling Christmas Biotech Pharma Dim Sum Symposium in Boston
on Dec 26, 2012.

Themes:
1) If Innovation is the biotech seed, where is the soil & when will it rain?
2) Biotechnology: Academia vs. Industry for new drug discovery.
3) Lessons learned: the best preparation for a scientist.

We originated this Dim Sum symposium to givestudents, postdocs &
scientists who cannot be with their families for Christmas, the
opportunity to gather together and share the holiday to learn about new
directions in biomedical research.Every one will be a speaker and every
one will be a volunteer since the seminar fee is $ 0.

The Nobel-Pauling Biotech Symposium is to honor the life and work of
Dr. Linus Pauling who has won two Nobel Prizes; in 1954 for Chemistry,
and in 1962, for Peace. Our goal is to promote science and biomedical
research by building bridges between academia, Government and industry
and among the US, Europeand Asia. We hope to strive to bring
innovators, inventors, investors, leading scientists and executives
together to mix cutting-edge science with business and to stimulate
thought for new biotech collaborations.

Please feel free to invite your colleagues or friends who might be
interested.

Pre-registration is required (www.Nobel-
<http://www.Nobel-Pauling.org>Pauling.org
<http://www.Nobel-Pauling.org>) but registration fee is $ 0.

Sincerely,
Alex Pauling Tel: 617-566-0511
