Dear MIT postdocs,

I wanted to be sure you knew about an MIT website featuring a 
compilation of MIT event videos that are geared toward professional 
development. Designed by the Office of the Dean for Graduate Education 
(particularly Heather Konar), the Professional Development Video Portal 
("PRO-DEPOT") is accessible to anyone at
http://odge.mit.edu/development/prodepot/
Developed as a graduate student resource, some of these will be relevant 
to postdocs, and are grouped in areas such as Your Career Path, 
Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Collaboration, Ethics and 
Integrity, and others. For example, you could watch sessions on 
leadership, entrepreneurship, or other topics that were recorded at the 
fall leadership conference hosted by Graduate Women at MIT, or one from 
June entitled 10 Ways to Become an Excellent Researcher and Member of 
Your Lab, among others.
