One component of the MIT's diversity and inclusion web site, 
"Inventing our Future," is a series of links and resources about 
mentoring.  Mentoring has emerged as one of the topics that postdocs 
want and need more information/resources about.

You can find the main Mentoring page at,

There is a wealth of information for everyone - those who want to be 
mentors and for those who want to find their own mentors.

There is also a link at the bottom of the page if you want to share 
mentoring policies and procedures with the community from your own 
department.
