Have you postponed your job search because of uncertainty about your
graduation date? Did your career goals change so your job search is
taking a new direction? This workshop is intended to give grad
students an opportunity to learn about some resources and strategies
that may be useful in your job search. We will examine networking as
an important strategy and introduce some resources to help you
network with MIT alumni in different fields. You will also learn
about some other 'hidden' sources including databases, library
resources, and downloadable information available on the
MIT-Monstertrak site. Careers Office staff who counsel graduate
students will be on hand to answer questions during this interactive
workshop. This workshop is intended for those who are uncertain about
how to begin or who have 'run out of ideas' about where to search.
