Workshops for postdocs on the academic career path

first one is for women only:

PATH OF PROFESSORSHIP: A WORKSHOP FOR GRADUATE WOMEN
Graduate women who are in advanced stages of their PhD program and 
are considering a tenure track position in science, engineering or 
math are invited to this 1.3 day workshop on October 20 and 21. The 
workshop will focus on skills, strategies and "insider information" 
necessary to obtain a tenure track position,  succeed in one and 
advance to other positions of leadership.
**NOTE: A limited number of spaces will be made available to women post-docs.

And this workshop offered by Wellesley College is on careers in the 
liberal arts, and will be held on the 24th of October. I am attaching 
a letter with more
information on the workshop and how to register. This will be second time
we have offered this session - last year's was very successful. Anyone
