Pub Night - Thursday, November 2nd

Hello,

Please join us at today's Community Giving at MIT Used Book Fair, 
9:00 am to 5:00 pm in Lobby 10 and the Bush Room (10-105). We have a 
lot of eclectic books, priced right -- paperbacks 50 cents and hard 
covers $1. Sales will benefit the MIT Community Service Fund and the 
United Way of Massachusetts Bay. Thanks to everyone who donated books!

This month at....
the Muddy Charles Pub

Experiments working?  Great, come on down to celebrate.  Grant
got rejected?  Sorry, come on down to commiserate!  Regardless
of the occasion, come by the Muddy Charles pub (directions below)
to take a break and socialize with postdocs from around the
campus.  Meet that new collaborator, or that new squash buddy,
or just get a chance to network with a variety of interesting
people!

Come join us from 4:30-6 pm on Thursday, November 2nd at the MUDDY!
The Muddy Charles Pub is located on the first floor of Walker 
Memorial (Building 50), situated along the Charles River with a view 
of the Boston skyline as seen from Cambridge.

The street address is 142 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Our location can be found on the MIT map.
We'll provide the food (CHICKEN WINGS - back by popular demand!),
but the drinks are all on you (or your new friends).
