The next offering of Communicating Upward begins February 18; space 
is still available.  The course will be taught in 4 lunchtime 
sessions; participants must attend all 4 sessions.  If you are

DESCRIPTION:
Successful communication between employee and supervisor is essential 
in creating and sustaining a positive work environment. However, 
communicating effectively with a supervisor can be challenging for 
many people. In this course, participants identify strategies and 
techniques to enhance their interpersonal communication with their 
supervisors.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

identify three key factors in successful communication with their supervisor
understand the role that they play in successful communication
identify and understand the variables that can promote or hinder 
effective communication.
