If you are a doctoral student entering the academic job market, come 
and learn more about how to create an effective CV and cover letter. 
Get an overview of the timeline for conducting the academic job 
search and get advice on the etiquette of asking faculty for 
recommendations. Bring 3 copies of your CV or draft for a peer 
critiquing exercise.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and carry out concept research independently using knowledge 
of chemistry, biochemistry, hemostasis and biomaterials. Create novel 
biomaterial formulations for biomedical applications. Solve technical 
problems in a creative manner. Communicate clearly to the management

Qualifications:
Ph.D. –Biochemistry/Chemistry: Must Possess a strong background in 
biochemistry or chemistry. Knowledge of biomaterials and their 
biomedical applications is critical. Superior candidate will have 
experience in manipulation of coagulation cascade. Must be able to 
use a variety of instruments and assays to characterize new 
materials/formulations and their interactions with blood.
