The Human Resources Department is pleased to offer web-based training 
courses for the MIT community.  These courses supplement our 
classroom training programs by providing interactive, computer-based 
learning experiences in specific areas of professional development -

Sometimes being away from your work to attend a training course may 
pose some challenges.  These web-based courses allow you to decide 
when you want to learn -- they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a 
week, on your computer. These self-paced courses include background 
theory, interactive case studies, and reference materials about 
specific topics to help you reach your professional development goals.

We encourage you to request an account, browse the courses, and 
choose a course(s) that best meets your learning goals. And we
