[Habitat] Apply for Habitat Exec!

Hi everyone,

Thank you to everyone who came to our Info Session today!

Here is some information about applying to be on Habitat Exec.  I encourage
each and every one of you to apply, whether you are a freshman who's never
participated in Habitat before, a senior who's pretty much ready to check
out, or a grad student!

Why should I apply to be on the Habitat Exec Board?
- Gain leadership experience
- Learn how to plan large on- and off-campus events
- Get full access to all Habitat events and builds
- Build connections with key MIT administrators
- Get involved in public service!

What would my responsibilities be as a member of Habitat Exec?
- Attend weekly meetings, usually on Sundays, at a time that works for
everyone
- Help plan all Habitat events (see habitat.mit.edu for event details)

What are the open positions?
- Treasurer: manages Habitat finances, applies for funding from UA Finboard,
secures funding for Habitat events
- Secretary: takes minutes, contacts event sponsors and MIT admins
- co-Build Day Coordinator: leads local Saturday build days, manages
logistics and volunteers
- co-Spring Break Trip Coordinator: manages trip logistics, coordinates with
Habitat International, plans fundraisers, applies for grants
- Event Coordinators: takes the lead on planning the large on-campus events
(Beaver Dash, Campus Build, Benefit Concert)
- Publicity Coordinator: publicizes all Habitat events via emails, flyers,
posters, banners, DomeView, Tech ads, etc.
