Programs department is excited to introduce Youth Immersion, allowing

*Service Learning Grants Available from State Farm® [6] * The State
Farm Youth Advisory Board is accepting applications for
service-learning projects focused on Financial Education, Access to
Higher Education, Disaster Preparedness, or Driver Safety.

Great Strides Award Application Available [7] * Apply for a $100,000
award from the Northwest Area Foundation. The money will be awarded to
communities with innovative approaches to poverty reduction,
willingness to share their experiences with a broader audience, and
identified uses for the award funds to continue their poverty
reduction work.
*Youth Service America [8] * A variety of awards for youth involved
in service are available through Youth Service America.
*Register for the 2007 Youth Service Institute [9] * Youth Service
America invites you to attend the Youth Service Institute. The
Institute will unite colleagues from the service, service-learning,
and youth development fields for three days of skill-building and
innovation. Participants will gain tools and strategies to expand
their organizations impact and scale by engaging in workshops that
illustrate the strength and power of the youth service movement.
