actually, two more things:

We will give every participant at least one shift, but we also have to
accomodate a lot of people and groups so it might be best to list several
possible shift times.  If you want to rank the timings or tell us anything
specific, please use the Extra Comments space.  We will email you your shift
either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning.

And also please tell your friends and classmates about the event. :)
