[Habitat Exec] Online Registration Not Working

Hey guys,

A few different people came up to me saying that tried to sign up online
but it wasn't working.  Could we use a different online system?

One person wanted to pay with TechCash and the online system wouldn't work
so I just took down his MIT ID number.
