[Habitat Exec] Finboard Recommendations

Hi Everyone,

Finboard has passed its recommendations, which now sit with the UA council.

Per finboard's bylaws, since at least five council members have objected to
the recommendations because of Finboard's allocations for one group, Voo
Doo, the UA council now has to meet to discuss and vote on these
recommendations.

The next ua council meeting is scheduled for October 9, 2013.

Since that meeting will already bring us into the next cycle, attached here
are Finboard's recommendations for all student groups for this cycle to
allow you to plan. Please note that these are not finalized since council
has not yet voted, but it is highly unlikely that anything on this
spreadsheet of recommendations will change except for Voo Doo.

If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact your UA
council representative (http://ua.mit.edu/people/council/) or Finboard.

Once the official allocations have been released, Finboard will open up
applications for appeals.
