[Habitat Exec] MEF Funding

Hi Everyone,

I am Anirudh Sailesh, the new Finboard Chair, and I am course 18C and I
live at Maseeh.

I hope that you are all having a great start to the summer. Within the next
two weeks, groups can submit an application to receive MEF funding from
Finboard. MEF stands for Medium Events Fund and it is allocated to groups
in addition to the normal quarterly Finboard allocation cycles. The MEF
funding is for the July-December cycle.

Additionally, John Kongoletos is holding office hours on 6/17 and 6/24 from
9-11 PM in W20-401 to provide any assistance with the MEF process and
