[Habitat Exec] Funds low in Finboard account

Will, feel free to still open it to general habitat, I think we have plenty
of funds. Lets see what the response looks like.

Achim, thanks for mentioning this. Please be sure to maybe overestimate
slightly for this next finboard period.
